Step1. Create Start.io account
Register and log in to Start.io account
Step2. Create and view the APP ID in the following location
(1) Add an application
In the Publisher - My Apps panel, click Add New APP, fill in the necessary fields, and create the app. Get the APP ID
(2) Placement
Create a start.io bidding placement. You don't need to configure it in the start.io backend. You can directly create a bidding ad source in the Topon backend. The AD Tag of the ad source needs to be filled in according to the following format: APP ID_placement. For example, if you configure a banner ad and the app ID is 12345, the AD Tag can be 12345_banner.
When creating a Start.io bidding ad source, you must create an Ad unit in the Start.io publisher dashboard before creating the bidding ad source in the TopOn portal. In the Ad unit field of the TopOn ad source setting, enter the Ad unit ID generated in the Start.io dashboard.
Note: If your Start.io account does not have permission to create Ad units, please contact your Start.io AM/BD in advance to request access; otherwise, the configuration cannot be completed.
Step3. Configure Start.io’s Report API
(1) Contact Start.io’s contact person to obtain PartnerID and Token
(2) Configure Start.io's Report API in TopOn
Navigate to TopOn→Network→ +Network Account（Start.io）→Edit（Report API = ON ）→ Fill in Partner ID and Token
Step4. Configure Start.io on the TopOn
(1) The following 2 parameters of Start.io need to be configured on the TopOn to display Start.io ads and display Start.io data through TopOn.

(2) Configure the Start.io parameters in TopOn
Add advertising source
① Navigate to TopOn → Network→ Operation(AD Source Setting）→Add AD Source
② Fill in the corresponding Start.io APP ID and Ad unit (ID) for your TopOn app.
Step5. Add Start.io adapter to your code
