Privacy Compliance Guide

In December 2019, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly formulated "Method for identifying illegal and illegal collection and use of personal information by apps". In August 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will launch the National APP Technology Testing Platform Management System, and it will also be launched in December 2020 Completion of compliance testing for more than 400,000 mainstream apps by March 10th.

App "Privacy Policy" Description

  • App needs to formulate a "Privacy Policy", and at the same time display the "Privacy Policy" when the user launches the App for the first time and obtain the user's consent. For the App's "Privacy Policy", please refer to the privacy policy template in the "Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specifications" document issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
