Sub-account Management

1. Functional Overview

TopOn supports you to authorize other members to view or manage one or part of the apps under your account.

2. Operation Instructions

You can complete sub-account authorization by following the steps below.

(1) Click [My Account] → [Sub-account]

(2) Click [+Sub Account] in the upper left corner to enter the settings page

① Customize the sub account name , supporting 0-30 characters.

② Enter the sub account email login. Please note that the email address for the added sub-account cannot be the email address registered in TopOn.

③ Enter your password . If you lose your password, please go to your main account to reset it.

④ Specify the app range. All means authorizing the subaccount to display all apps; Specify apps means further pulling down and selecting some apps.

⑤ Menu & Function Permission. You can set the page functions that can be viewed for the sub-account based on the usage scenarios of the sub-account.

⑥ Customize the remarks, not required.

Note: You have shortcut option to select page function permissions

For accounts used for technical purposes, you can click on the shortcut option: Technology, when creating an account, and by default only the permissions for the SDK download page will be selected.
